Independent Broker Notice
Low Price Metal Buildings LLC (“Broker”) operates solely as an independent broker connecting customers with licensed metal building dealers, vendors, contractors, and manufacturers, including Silverline Structures (“Dealer”). The Broker does not manufacture, sell, engineer, install, or guarantee any metal buildings. All pricing, specifications, timelines, warranties, engineering details, and availability are determined exclusively by the Dealer or manufacturer and are subject to change without notice.
No Contractual Authority
The Broker is not a party to any customer contract, purchase agreement, or payment transaction. All contracts, deposits, and payments are held directly by the Dealer and are governed solely by the Dealer’s terms. Any quotes, PDFs, or informational documents provided by the Broker are non-binding and for informational purposes only. Customers should rely exclusively on the Dealer’s final contract, engineered plans, and warranties for all binding project obligations.
Financial Risk & Vendor Responsibility
The Broker has no knowledge of, control over, or responsibility for the financial condition, stability, or performance of any Dealer, manufacturer, vendor, or contractor. Customers acknowledge that all financial risks, including but not limited to delays, price changes, production issues, or business failures, are outside the Broker’s knowledge and responsibility. The Broker does not collect or hold deposits, and any request for additional deposits is handled directly by the Dealer.
Independent Contractors & Vendors
Contractors, vendors, or suppliers referred to customers by the Broker are independent entities and not employees, agents, or representatives of the Broker. The Broker provides referrals or shared contact information only and does not endorse or guarantee any product, service, pricing, quality, safety, or performance. Customers may choose any contractor or vendor at their discretion.
Quotes, Pricing & Regional Estimates
Quotes provided by the Broker reflect the Dealer’s or manufacturer’s pricing at the time of issuance and are subject to change based on vendor terms, material pricing, shipping, delivery, or other unforeseen factors, including acts of God or economic conditions. All quotes expire within 72 hours unless otherwise stated. Verbal communications from Broker representatives are non-binding; only written or digital quotes are considered accurate. Regional pricing estimates are provided for informational purposes only and may vary by location, material, or specifications.
Marketing & Image Use
Any images, designs, or project information submitted to the Broker by customers may be used for marketing purposes until the customer requests in writing that usage be stopped.
Branding & Naming Clarification
The term “Low Price” is a brand identifier only and does not imply a guarantee of cost savings or discounted pricing compared to other dealers, manufacturers, or products. Customers are responsible for evaluating price, value, and cost independently.
Consent to Terms
By contacting the Broker via phone, text, email, website form, or other communication, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions. The Broker provides multiple opportunities for customers to review this disclaimer via website links, emails, and communications.
Dispute Resolution
While the Broker strives to resolve concerns collaboratively and in good faith, nothing in this disclaimer limits the customer’s legal rights under applicable law. Disputes should be addressed with the Dealer first and, if necessary, may be handled according to governing state law.
Limitation of Liability
The Broker is not responsible for any building purchased, its construction, warranties, performance, quality, or any issue experienced with a Dealer, vendor, contractor, or manufacturer. Profits earned by the Broker are derived solely from lead-generation services and commission agreements with Dealers, and not from the sale of buildings or materials.
Use of Website & Information
All content on this website is for general informational purposes only. While the Broker strives to provide accurate information, no guarantees are made regarding completeness, accuracy, or timeliness. Customers must verify all details with the Dealer or manufacturer directly.

The Terms & Conditions of Low Price Metal Buildings LLC have been updated as of Nov. 2025. By confirming a quote, proceeding with an order, or continuing engagement with the Broker after this date, customers acknowledge and agree that these updated Terms & Conditions apply. For quotes issued prior to Nov. 2025, the terms in effect at the time of the quote remain applicable unless otherwise agreed in writing. This paragraph ensures transparency while maintaining that ongoing engagement is subject to the current terms.
